About T&G Workshop

Just like many enterpreneur with low budget, T&G Workshop was born in a small vacant room of an house in 4. Levent in February 2008. First, we were the aspirational examples of aquarius with limitless imagination, rational and intutional thoughts, innovative, open minded, helpfull and sharing natured. This was when we were only two people with dreams. All this time we just didn’t fed up, get tired or give up. With the devotion and support of our partners and team members our dreams just got bigger and indeed we had many projects that we adopted as our kids and happliy raised.

Just like every enterpreneur, the sector we chose was the one we have already experienced the most (e-commerce and software development) . So with the energy of youth and ambition, we started claiming that we are the right supplier for e-commerce and software development and many many more, till somebody got tired and gave an opportunity to prove so. One and other, we had many chances to prove so. Today, we can say we participated in many e-commerce and software development projects both in B2B and B2C, with millions of members, pageviews and revenues.

Now of course we left our vacant room in 4.Levent and have a Haliç view on our feets in our lovely office that we welcomed our sincere partners, customers and friends. As a starter we present them with our populer online shopping and e-commerce solution product Lidia with its integrated, advanced and customized features such as campaign module, cancel/return module, Bank POS integrations, delivery/logistics integrations, warehouse-stock-finance applications and ERP solutions. As an amuse bouche, it comes the hosting. We host online shopping sites safely, fast and backed up. As an up defender of distributed architecture principles, we distribute projects into many host, present high performance with broad band, protect our customer’s site with our highly armed firewalls.

For the ones who likes digital sauces we have SEO (Search engine optimization), SEM (Search engine marketing), E-mail marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Brand Partnership services in digital marketing channel. For desert, we serve technical/ financial/ marketing oriented project consultancy.

I was born in a cold October morning when a curfew was imposed in Turkey. Respectively I prepared myself to life in Hasan Ali Yücel Primary School, İstanbul Erkek High School and Koç University. After my channel management and business development experience on mobile technologies and telecommunication in Doğan Group, my confidant, my classmate and my collegue from Doğan Group and I incorporated T&G Workshop. Still by looking our business scope, don’t think that I am a developer or an engineer, actually I studied economy in University. Still as a person who lived all his worklife in a technology sector, I should emphaise that I don’t know less than any but Kıvanç but my business field is sales and marketing in T&G workshop so I leave the rest to my expert partners.

Kıvanç Toker

I was born in May, 1980. Finished High School education in İstanbul Erkek and moved to Munich/ Germany for graduate and post graduate studies on Informatics. My first business signature was on a contract with Doğan Group on mobile added value services and software development. In that way it was faith which bring Güven and me under the same roof and triggered the seeds of enterpreneurship. I wouldn’t choose anyone else but my 20 year friend Güven for that decision. Though I am a managing partner, beside running the technical team -which I should mention they’re pretty good- and setting product development vision, I still have a big passion for software development and massive technical debates on e-commerce.

I was born in 1980 which hereby I would consider as myself the last representatives of Y generation. Born and raised in Capital, I would consider myself as native Ankara kid that finds it hard to leave. Therefore, I finished my Bachelor studies in Bilkent University on Banking and Finance but indeed left Ankara to create a better contribution to economy and settled in Istanbul. I worked in Turkey’s leading companies such as JP Morgan, ING Bank, Hedef Filo in finance, automotive and service sectors but it was actually Grupanya which I discovered a passion for e-commerce. Therefore I joined T&G Workshop in 2013. First I started in project management divison but later integrated my digital experince on SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, E-mail Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Brand Partnerships to produce scenarios for penetration and revenue enhancement for our customers. Of course I should mention that I do it with my expert team members.
